Mickey Comer, Builder
Mickey has more than 28 years of experience in home building and is responsible for all phases of construction from initial design to completion of the phenomenal finished product.
Mickey’s ability to envision the final product can be attributed to his innate talent, knowledge, skill and passion to see that vision realized. His knowledge in all phases of construction and his unparalleled dedication to superior quality and customer service are what make his homes so unique. Mickey is a member of the Texas Panhandle Builders Association; he has served as its president and has held other positions at TPBA including committees service. He is also a member of the re-modelers council of TPBA, the Texas Association of Builders, the National Association of Homebuilders, the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce, the Amarillo Better Business Bureau and the National Federation of Independent Businesses. Mickey was raised in Canyon and is a lifelong Amarillo area resident. He and wife Pebbie have been married for 39 years and have a son, Chris, daughter-in-law Jamie and granddaughter Kayden. He enjoys being Papa to Kayden, golfing with his son, fishing anytime he gets the chance and grilling outdoors. |
Pebbie Comer
Pebbie has 28 years of experience in decorating homes and other projects. She is responsible for most
of the décor decisions made during construction. She is very hands on, working with her clients to help bring their ideas and desires to the finished project. Her vision for the finished product is what helps coordinate her clients’ ideas and wishes into their new home or remodel. Pebbie’s skill for creating magazine beautiful homes and her dedication to customer service while working thru Mickey and Kline, are what make each project unique to each client. Through Comer Custom builders, Pebbie is a member of the TPBA and has served on various TPBA committees in past years. She is a certified Re-Design interior decorator and a certified Color Specialist with Benjamin Moore Paint. Pebbie moved to Canyon with her family in 1969 after living in Corpus Christi, Brenham and College Station. She married her high school sweetheart Mickey, and they have been a team for almost 40 years. She enjoys being a wife, sister, aunt, friend, decorator and especially GOGO to her grandkids. She graduated from West Texas State University. She loves animals and helping rescue dogs. She enjoys volunteering at Palo Duro Canyon. |
